Overview

Reimagined Parking is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for providing support to all employees across Canada.

In Short

• Serve as a consultant to managers for labor and employee relations matters.
• Act as a resource regarding compensation and benefits issues.
• Pioneer the investigation of unfair treatment and discrimination charges.
• Ensure legal compliance for HR and employee practices.
• Support CBA negotiations and handle escalated arbitration issues.
• Monitor and analyze employee turnover and HR metrics.
• Design and support HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Develop tools and resources for assigned projects.
• Implement HR initiatives or projects after completion.
• Complete other HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and work under multiple deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Solutions-driven with proactive planning.
• Effective working relationships with management and employees.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with employment law and employee relations preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
