The Human Resources Business Partner at Precision for Medicine will provide effective HR delivery within the APAC region, focusing on countries like China, Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience with SAP or similar HRIS systems.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regional employment regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
