• Serve as a strategic partner to managers, advising on org planning, team health, and engagement.
• Support employee relations, performance conversations, and career development.
• Build and refine core HR processes that scale with our growth.
• Collaborate on org-wide initiatives like engagement surveys and compensation reviews.
• Act as a culture carrier, modeling our values and helping others do the same.
• Help manage and improve our HRIS in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR roles, with 3+ years as a HRBP or in a strategic people leadership role.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting high-growth orgs.
• Skilled in coaching, facilitation, and navigating complex org and team dynamics.
• Systems thinker with strong judgment — able to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
• U.S.-based with working knowledge of multi-state employment practices.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
