Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders and people managers within a fast-paced, highly regulated BPO environment. The HRBP is responsible for implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, and compliance with government contracting requirements, while aligning with both Senture and TP’s global HR frameworks.

In Short

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and performance management.
• Support workforce planning and staffing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and federal contractor obligations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation and benefits.
• Assist with the implementation of new HR systems.
• Support organizational changes and transitions.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Open to early-career professionals and recent graduates.
• Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in BPO or government contractor environment valued.
• Strong interest in employment law and compliance.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce is a plus.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to pass prehire requirements including drug screen.
