Overview

Our client is seeking a transformative Human Resources Business Partner to join a dynamic and mission-driven leadership team. As a strategic advisor and collaborative partner, you will work closely with leaders across all levels of the organization — from department managers to the executive team — to co-create and implement a forward-thinking people strategy. This role places a strong emphasis on equity, inclusion, talent development, and organizational growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
  • Design and manage compensation structures, ensuring equity and competitiveness.

  • Use HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Degree in Human Resources; CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
  • Experience in designing and managing compensation structures.
  • Proven ability to lead DEI initiatives.
  • Expertise in career development planning and organizational design.
  • Business-savvy, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and US employment law is an asset.
