Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner with Procare HR, you will support HR services for care providers, focusing on compliance and employee relations while also managing HR functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with experience in a PEO, HR consulting, multi-client environment or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification is a plus.
