Senior Mechanical Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a leading consulting engineering firm in Calgary, focusing on government and institutional projects with a hybrid work model.

In Short

• Design and execute complex projects in mechanical engineering.
• Focus on government and institutional work.
• Coordinate mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.

• Occasional travel between Alberta and BC.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with 5+ years in building projects.
• Licensed Engineer in BC or AB.
• RCMP Security Clearance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with BIM and Revit is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills to maintain project schedules.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities in engineering judgment.
• Good verbal communication and soft skills.
