Overview

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will provide mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on microbiological and molecular production equipment, while supporting capacity expansion and process improvement projects.

• Develop and maintain mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for automated production equipment.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in developing factory automation process requirements.
• Hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and solid modeling software.
• LEAN and Six Sigma training preferred.
• Experience with fluidic systems design preferred.
• Experience in FDA regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
