Overview

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CRB, you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing integrated project delivery work, providing innovative solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Beverage industry.

In Short

• Oversee discipline deliverables and budget on projects of all sizes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and construction managers.
• Manage multiple complex tasks and direct the work of others.
• Act as the mechanical point-of-contact for clients and other disciplines.
• Develop project documents according to regulatory and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship to early-career engineers.
• Flexibility to work locally in a hybrid capacity or remotely.
• Experience collaboration and continuous learning across various engineering disciplines.
• Support proposal development under supervision.
• Lead intermediate project system design programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with Mechanical Option preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a design firm setting.
• Advanced experience with HVAC, mechanical utility, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Professional Registration (Licensure).
• LEED, WELL, or other sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Intermediate experience with troubleshooting mechanical systems required.
