We’re a mobile game startup building something new at the intersection of games, social connection, and cutting-edge AI. Our founding team includes veterans from top-tier studios and funded ventures, and we’re seeking a Technical Director to step into a critical leadership role and take the reins on our technical vision and execution.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a technical leader in a startup or small studio environment.
• Hands-on expertise in modern mobile web game engines and/or full-stack architecture.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort building for rapid prototyping and multiplayer experiences.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations in gameplay or tooling.
• Strong people and project leadership skills.
• A strong communicator who can influence at the executive level.
• Comfortable leading through ambiguity in product development.
• Hands-on when needed, but know when to delegate.
