This individual contributor role requires a proactive, analytical thinker with a Level of detail who enjoys collaborating with multiple teams. While this is a remote position, we are looking for someone who is located in the eastern time zone.

In Short

• Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiations.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reports.
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Support activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.
