Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing/closing business with a number of accounts in their assigned account list through working with the partner sales community. The primary focus is aimed at closing sales opportunities and is achieved by collaborating with partners to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close transactions.

In Short

  • Develop and close business within the public or private sector
  • Leverage partners to close sales with their end customers
  • Cold calls to develop sales activities with a large number of new high-segment accounts
  • Up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base
  • Forecasts and account/opportunity details in Salesforce
  • Propose, coordinate and participate in marketing activities in Germany

Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience within the public and/or private sector
  • Experience with vendors associated with Virtualization, Cloud & SaaS technology
  • Experience of selling through channel and direct
  • Track record of accomplishment selling in the public and private market to IT infrastructure specialists
  • Proven ability to develop new sales
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
  • Be a high-energy salesperson
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly
  • Be comfortable travelling for at least 50% of the time
  • Current full driving license
  • Business proficient language skills in German & English
