Overview

The Strategic Account Partner is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts in the Life Sciences and related industries.

In Short

  • Focus on up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identification to contract closure.
  • Assist clients in developing business cases for proposed solutions.
  • Support marketing events for lead generation.
  • Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Provide updates on pipeline and forecasts during account reviews.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 5-7+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience in regulated industries, particularly Life Sciences.
  • Proven success selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 40% - 60% as needed.
