Overview

The Senior Channel Partner Manager will be part of the Go-To-Market team, focusing on building and developing the partner network in the midmarket segment, ensuring the success and growth of partnerships.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a sustainable channel strategy for the DACH region.
  • Identify and acquire new partners in the VARs, SIs, and MSPs sectors.
  • Structure onboarding and training processes for new partners.
  • Strategically build and maintain partnerships for market development.
  • Support partner sales pipeline development and lead generation.
  • Regularly analyze and report partner performance.
  • Organize and participate in partner events and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B software sales or channel management.
  • Strong knowledge of the medium-sized business market in Germany.
  • Experience with VARs, MSPs, and SIs is advantageous.
  • Existing network in the German IT partner landscape is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Independent and structured working style with high accountability.
  • Fluent in German and English.
