Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; master’s is a plus.
• Proficient in English for clear communication.
• Strong empathy and connection skills.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive leadership approach.
• 5 years of technical experience, including 3 years in leadership.
• Understanding of programming languages like Java or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with technologies like Vue 3, MS-SQL, Azure, microservices, and DevOps practices.
