Overview

As IT Operations Manager at TOPdesk, you will lead the global support team ensuring that over 1,000 colleagues have the necessary tools and support to perform effectively.

In Short

  • Lead and develop the IT Operations team for high performance.
  • Ensure reliable global IT support and endpoint management.
  • Oversee service desk operations and knowledge management.
  • Implement improvements in support processes and performance metrics.
  • Act as the final escalation point for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Applications teams.
  • Drive onboarding and offboarding process excellence.
  • Support global initiatives on hardware/software lifecycle.
  • Manage suppliers and vendors for hardware and software projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or End-User Support leadership.
  • Experience in managing IT teams in a multi-site setup.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools (TOPdesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure.
  • Understanding of ITIL principles (v4 certification a plus).
  • Hands-on mindset and excellent communication skills.
