Overview

As a Senior Manager of IT Operations & Support at Greenlight, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while driving operational excellence.

In Short

  • Continuously research new technologies to improve operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT operations with management experience.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components.
  • Experience with SaaS applications and productivity suites.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
