Requirements

  • 6+ years in support operations or customer experience roles in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with support tools like ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of global support models.
  • Track record of building premium support offerings.
  • Strong analytical skills for reports and KPIs.
  • Customer-first mindset for enhancing support experiences.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Experience with cloud security is a plus.
