Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel & Partner Sales Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our technology, OEM, and channel partners in the North America and EMEA regions.

In Short

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries.
  • Work closely with partners to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for deal execution.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor the success of partner-led opportunities.
  • Explore opportunities to embed TiDB into other solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years in partnership management or channel sales.
  • Deep understanding of the technology consulting industry.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
