As we expand beyond Canada, we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and results-driven Manager, Channel Sales & Partnerships to build and grow our partner ecosystem in the U.S. market. Are you ready to take the lead, drive meaningful partnerships, and make a lasting impact?

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy for U.S. market expansion.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to identify and secure new partnerships.
  • Oversee partner onboarding and create tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide tools and training to partners’ sales teams.
  • Nurture existing partnerships to unlock additional growth opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with the marketing team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel/partner management or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with POS providers and payment processors.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. gift and loyalty ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build partner ecosystems from the ground up.
  • Confident communicator with experience in cold outreach.
  • Ability to manage revenue quotas and analyze performance metrics.
  • Experience working in the U.S. market is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagement.
