Overview

As the Channel Partnerships Manager, you will be a pivotal player in expanding the reach of Incode Workforce through strategic partnerships. You will identify and onboard high-impact IAM and cybersecurity resellers, structure incentive programs, and enable partners to drive adoption and revenue growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about scaling a zero-to-one product.

In Short

  • Identify and prioritize high-value IAM and cybersecurity resellers.
  • Build a pipeline of channel partners across key verticals.
  • Design and implement compelling incentive structures.
  • Develop enablement materials and training programs.
  • Own the channel sales pipeline and ensure partners meet revenue metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership terms with revenue goals.
  • Host workshops and webinars to educate channel partners.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or sales in IAM, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Experience designing and implementing partner enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools.
  • Comfortable in a zero-to-one type of role.
