Overview

The Business Analyst for Growth will drive the data analysis of a best-in-class growth organization, managing the overall performance and effectiveness of the marketing and SDRs activities.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of marketing data analytics.
• Manage all aspects of SDR data analytics.
• Define and help implement the Reports & Dashboards with the team.
• Accountable for the continual process improvement program.
• Document data flows and project-related requirements.
• Curate lists and databases for SDRs.
• Issues analysis to determine improvement areas.
• Foster and maintain strong working relationships with business partners.
• Deliver business intelligence for strategic development.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience.
• BA/BS in Data Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.
• Experience in Data Analysis.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to engage with the teams.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced level in Excel and experience in Dashboards.
• Ideally, knowledge in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Tableau.
