Overview

OpenLoop is hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with self-insured employers, brokers, and benefits consulting to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.

In Short

  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with brokers, benefits consultants, and self-insured employers.
  • Leverage existing networks to establish strong partnerships quickly.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement business plans with partners.
  • Provide training and support to partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partner needs.
  • Stay informed about trends in self-funded insurance and healthcare cost management.
  • Use market insights to influence internal strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance against established KPIs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure mutual success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in channel management, business development, or sales.
  • In-depth understanding of the self-funded insurance market.
  • Established relationships with brokers and self-insured employers.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with healthcare analytics or tele-health solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations in self-funded insurance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
