  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
  • Skilled in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish for negotiations.
