  • Experience with complex deal structuring in the mining sector.
  • Deep understanding of the mining industry landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Skilled in using data and sales metrics for strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish for contract negotiations.
