Overview

The Sales Manager of On Premise, National Accounts will play a crucial role in driving both current and identifying new National customers across all On Premise channels, implementing strategies to enhance market presence and drive profitable sales growth.

  • Implement strategic National initiatives to expand FIJI Water’s footprint in On-Premise.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with National Accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
  • Develop and negotiate high-impact contracts and partnerships.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and present new business opportunities.
  • Manage P&L reporting for On-Premise National Accounts.
  • Travel up to 75% to key markets for relationship building.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in On-Premise sales, preferably in beverages.
  • Strong network with National On-Premise customers and distributors.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and managing initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales presentations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of syndicated data for sales presentations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and availability for evening/weekend events.
