The Insurance Partnerships Manager at Tenna will lead the development and management of strategic relationships across the insurance and risk management ecosystem, focusing on reducing jobsite risk and driving operational insights.

  • Define and monitor KPIs for partnership health.
  • Continuously optimize partnership strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise or B2B sales or partnership roles.
  • 3+ years in the insurance or risk management sector.
  • Experience in construction or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with partner enablement tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across teams.
