Overview

Tenna is seeking a detail-driven and experienced Senior Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of dynamic customer and internal events, ensuring every detail aligns with Tenna's brand and strategic goals.

In Short

• Leads and manages all customer-facing events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Coordinates Sales/Prospecting events in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Plans and executes internal employee events to ensure engagement.
• Oversees all aspects of event logistics and vendor coordination.
• Creates and manages communication for Customer Training and Appreciation events.
• Secures accommodations and travel arrangements for customer events.
• Communicates effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Manages and tracks event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within allocated funds.
• Creates and analyzes post-event surveys for insights and improvements.
• Supports with association and regional events as necessary.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event management.
• Proven experience in planning corporate and customer engagement events.
• 2+ years of CRM experience (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Exceptional Project Management Skills.
• Strong experience with MS applications and Adobe Programs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel required (up to 30%) for customer events and trade shows.
