Overview

The Professional Services Training Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding process, guiding them through setup, configuration, and training to ensure effective software use.

In Short

  • Acts as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding.
  • Collaborates with customers to understand their goals and needs.
  • Assists with account setup, software configuration, and data migration.
  • Partners with the Field Service Team for device installation.
  • Provides guidance on software features and usage.
  • Conducts training sessions for customers.
  • Maintains onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Troubleshoots customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the Tenna platform.
  • Gathers customer feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer onboarding or software training.
  • 2+ years in a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude for complex software.
  • Experience in construction technology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Help Scout preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
