Senior Events Manager - Remote

Overview

Salsify is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our high-impact trade shows and corporate events. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, generating sales pipeline, and creating engaging experiences for customers and prospects.

In Short

• Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy.
• Own the end-to-end event lifecycle.
• Oversee the development of trade show booths and marketing activations.
• Manage event staffing and audience engagement strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
• Manage event budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Develop KPIs to evaluate event effectiveness.
• Conduct post-event reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous innovation in event experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event strategy and corporate event planning.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events.
• Strong project management skills.
• Expertise in budget management and cost optimization.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Expected travel: 25% but may increase based on business needs.
