Senior Manager, Events - Remote

Overview

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing corporate events that showcase our cutting-edge technology and significantly enhance our customer experience.

In Short

• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of company events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal company events.
• Develop creative concepts for event displays and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with integrated marketing communications team.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics.
• Foster relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
• Create and maintain a hands-on approach in setting up displays.
• Implement strategies to measure event success.
• Manage the events team, setting clear objectives.
• Oversee and manage the event budget.
• ID and implement process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in event planning and management.
• Experience in experiential design preferred.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful large-scale events.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Innovative and creative thinker.
• Hands-on experience with event technology and multimedia systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
