Associate Manager, Logistics and Customs Compliance - Remote

Overview

This role supports end-to-end logistics with a focus on import and export operations to optimize and align with SSI business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

In Short

• Support daily logistics operations including tracking and transportation.
• Assist with Customs compliance and regulations.
• Resolve customs clearance issues.
• Review and process logistics vendor invoices.
• Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions.
• Conduct vendor QBRs and KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelors with 5+ years of relevant experience or higher education in Logistics Management.
• Custom broker license preferred.
• Experience with C-TPAT & ISA custom web portal preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Collaborative and innovative mindset.
