Overview

As a Growth Account Executive for our SMB segment, you will focus on identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base, playing a critical role in driving upsell revenue.

In Short

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer usage and engagement data.
  • Conduct discovery and expansion calls to uncover customer needs.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships for long-term value.
  • Develop automation playbooks for expansion opportunities.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to relay customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed expansion revenue targets.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the expansion playbook.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or B2B.
  • Strong ability to identify customer pain points.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer behavior.
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for AI-driven technology.
