This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join SolarEdge’s North American Commercial Sales Team and have a major part in leading the company’s sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry, through direct and channel sales.

In Short

  • Lead Regional Strategy: Direct SolarEdge's commercial and industrial growth across New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies that expand our market share and increase adoption of our complete technology ecosystem
  • Manage Strategic Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors
  • Optimize Channel Performance: Coordinate sales activities through EPCs, developers, and distribution partners
  • Provide Market Intelligence: Deliver actionable insights on regional market trends
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering and product management to align offerings with market demands

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales management
  • Experience navigating multiple channels to market
  • Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals
  • Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred
  • Track record of building and maintaining productive client relationships
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
