In Short

  • Recruit, hire and develop a high performing enterprise SaaS sales team.
  • Drive strategy and lead the team to exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop senior executive relationships with customers.
  • Build trust-based relationships across various business functions.
  • Lead pricing/packaging and product competencies.
  • Execute sales management disciplines effectively.
  • Coach sales team in solution-based sales processes.
  • Utilize sales tools like MEDDICC, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Requirements

  • Track record of exceeding sales objectives in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in executing land and expand sales strategies.
  • Ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Minimum of 7 years in enterprise SaaS sales management.
  • 10+ years in the software industry with enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies.
  • Experience in fast-paced software companies.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Apps, Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
