The Channel Manager for LATAM is a customer-facing role responsible for driving the expansion of SMART’s business in the region by supporting key partners to deliver comprehensive services.
In Short
Build relationships with partners to activate SMART products.
Lead and inspire partners to prioritize SMART products.
Create and execute business plans with partners.
Drive sales growth through activity plans and programs.
Manage campaign strategies with key partners.
Deliver sales training and support to account teams.
Develop and implement incentives for the channel.
Grow partner revenue and achieve growth targets.
Manage SFDC pipeline and reporting systems.
Ensure partners are overachieving quotas through enablement activities.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
At least 8 years of experience in channel sales or general sales.
Experience in Tech or Education sectors preferred.
Understanding of channel landscape at Distributor or Reseller level preferred.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proactive and can-do mentality.
Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Valid driving license and passport.
