Overview

The Global Partner Seller will manage an existing base of partner’s managed service provider business on ServiceNow, driving growth and managing sales activities.

In Short

  • Manage sell-through revenue base and drive new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Pipeline and sales process management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Educate field account executives on partnership differentiation.
  • Ongoing account management for partner satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with key partner executives.
  • Cross-sell and upsell in existing accounts.
  • Manage potential field conflicts.
  • Proactively manage renewals and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in global alliances and partner sales.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing business cases and ROI.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Diligent in measuring and communicating progress.
  • Experience with major SI’s and SaaS organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
