Overview

As a Global Strategic Partner at Smartly, you will be responsible for growing Smartly's existing business by managing key Global Strategic Accounts and offering innovative solutions in the digital marketing industry.

In Short

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and customer organizations.
  • Lead strategic planning with customer decision makers.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive alignment and progress.
  • Own account plans and key customer initiatives.
  • Coordinate execution by setting clear goals and priorities.
  • Create feedback and escalation channels within accounts.
  • Ensure product roadmap alignment with customer needs.
  • Build relationships with customer partners.
  • Own revenue forecasting and target setting.
  • Drive account expansion and commercial success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in ad-tech/mar-tech industries.
  • Experience with major platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Sales-driven with a focus on customer success.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Excellent people skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Desire to learn about products for effective selling.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
