Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or related roles.
• Empathy for customer needs and adaptability to meet goals.
• Ability to create data-driven recommendations and QBRs.
• Experience in managing project timelines and expectations.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Experience managing a book of business in small to mid-sized markets.
