Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or related roles.
• Empathy for customer needs and adaptability to meet goals.
• Ability to create data-driven recommendations and QBRs.
• Strong bias for action and ownership of business.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, including Slides and Sheets.
• Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Experience managing a strategic book of business.
