Overview

The Senior Customer Engagement Manager at ServiceNow is responsible for managing key initiatives that enhance customer experiences and drive innovation within the organization.

  • Strong project management and documentation skills.

  • Experience with AI integration in work processes.
  • Strong cross-functional project management experience.
  • Ability to lead strategic customer programs.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • BS/BA in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required.
  • Federal government clearance is preferred.
