Senior Platform Architect - Remote

Overview

The Senior Platform Architect is a technical advisory role focused on helping customers establish a foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions for improved outcomes.

In Short

• Be part of the Customer Outcomes team to accelerate platform adoption.
• Guide customers, partners, and internal teams on technical architecture.
• Work with various stakeholders during solution implementation.
• Translate business goals into a customer roadmap.
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating models.
• Ensure instance health and reduce technical debt.
• Support sales efforts by estimating engagements.
• Maintain skills and certifications related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Engage with customers to understand their digital transformation vision.
• Creativity in managing programs independently.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Customer Service Management.
• Management consulting experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with cloud application technologies.
