Overview

The Global Partner Seller role at ServiceNow focuses on managing and growing relationships with partners in the managed service provider business, driving sales and ensuring partner satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage existing partner relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated partners.
  • Interface with end customer account teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Conduct pipeline management and sales process management.
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution and follow up on account receivables.
  • Arrange product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Educate Field AEs on partnership differentiation.
  • Manage ongoing account relationships to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell and upsell in existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewals and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of global alliances and partner sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in developing business cases and ROI.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset.
  • Diligent in measuring and communicating progress.
  • Experience with major SI’s, ISV’s, and Managed Service Providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
