In-House Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

As the first in-house legal hire at Ritual, you will be responsible for setting up and managing all aspects of the legal framework for the company, providing strategic legal advice while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with early-stage or high-growth companies in web3/AI.
• Strong expertise in corporate governance and contract law.
• Familiarity with web3 teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen.
