In-House Counsel - Remote

Overview

ProArch is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance and support on a range of matters including corporate governance, contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management. You will work closely with various departments across the company to ensure that all legal obligations are met and to support the business in achieving its strategic goals.

• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate law and compliance.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management.
• Familiarity with employment, tax, and sales tax laws.
• Ability to work with various departments and external counsel.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
