• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate customer contracts.
• Support influencer-facing teams with influencer content, contracts, and related matters.
• Review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Support legal education for teams.

Requirements

• JD with 3-5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Experience in corporate law and related practice areas.
• In-house counsel experience at a B2B SAAS business preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in British Columbia or Ontario.
• Ability to assess and advise on complex contractual issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
