We’re ready to scale our B2B operations. We’re looking for our first ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual Business Development Lead, responsible for designing and implementing Retorna’s B2B sales strategy.

In Short

  • Lead the prospecting, activation, and commercial management of companies interested in operating international and local payments through our B2B solution.
  • Play a key role in scaling our new business unit by attracting strategic clients.
  • Actively prospect companies with cross-border payment needs and present our value proposition.
  • Identify decision-makers and build mid- and long-term commercial relationships.
  • Understand client financial flows and tailor pitches to their needs.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to adapt solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM.
  • Participate in commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Gather market insights to support product development.
  • Represent Retorna at industry events to build alliances.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or account management.
  • Experience with financial products and international payments.
  • Solid understanding of APIs and B2B platforms.
  • Ability to close high-value deals.
  • CRM proficiency and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Fluent in English.
