Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer - Fintech - Remote

In Short

• Lead the evolution of CI/CD strategy and Infrastructure as Code.
• Design and operate cloud infrastructure in a multi-account environment.
• Define observability and reliability standards for product teams.
• Be a technical reference for the platform team and engineering in general.
• Collaborate actively with the platform team: participate in syncs and contribute to technical definitions based on priorities.
• Propose, question, and build with a long-term vision.

Requirements

• Advanced AWS: networking (VPC, TGW, VPN), IAM, ECS/EKS, Lambda, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch.
• 5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, experience with reusable modules and validation pipelines.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, progressive deployment strategies, automatic rollback.
• Containers: ECS or Kubernetes in production, orchestration of critical workloads.
• Scripting: Python and/or Bash for automation.
• Linux: advanced system administration.
