As a UI Designer at Retorna, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the company's Design System, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, accessibility, and efficiency in the development of digital products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Solid experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS with a focus on semantic structure.
• Ability to discuss frontend code and UI components.
• Experience with component frameworks (e.g., React) is desirable.
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and best practices.
• Experience working with product and development teams.
• Experience in fintech or complex digital products.
