Overview

As an HR Business Partner at Retorna, you will play a key role in managing People processes, from leading end-to-end recruitment to designing performance management strategies and creating memorable onboarding experiences.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for compliance and operations roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries in LATAM.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in startups or fintech.
• At least 1 year of experience as an HRBP.
• Knowledge of the talent market across LATAM.
• Passion for building, not just executing existing processes.
• Ownership mentality: identify problems and propose solutions.
• Autonomy and proactivity to work in a 100% remote environment.
• Strategic vision: understand that the best HRBP knows the business from recruitment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth companies is a plus.
• Knowledge of People Analytics tools is advantageous.
• Experience designing onboarding or performance processes is a nice to have.
